Who are we?

Sutherland Shire Home Modification and Maintenance Service Inc. provides assistance to frail aged people, people with a disability and their carers to allow them to live independently in their own homes, rather than having to move prematurely into hostel accommodation or a nursing home. The Home and Community Care Program a joint Commonwealth-State Government initiative funds the service.
