Government funding and actual service provision by a not-for-profit organisation such as Sutherland Shire Home Modification & Maintenance Service Inc. ensures the cost of providing modifications will be affordable for clients.

As there are only limited funds available, you will be asked to pay for the trade cost of the materials and a subsidised hourly rate based on your financial situation. Assistance is available if you cannot afford the full amount. Interest free payments can be arranged; each situation is dealt with individually. All monies received allow us to assist other clients who otherwise may not have received service due to lack of resources.
